- Nancy Jo works in oils with an American impressionist style. Through classes and shows sponsored by the West Hartford Art League she has developed her talent. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of WHAL and a past-president. She serves on the Art In Public Places Committee. Her work has been shown in juried shows sponsored by the New Britain Museum of American Art, the Avon Art Association, the Jekyll Island Art Association as well as the West Hartford Art League. Her work has been seen in venues including The Pond House, Season's Restaurant, the Simsbury Library, Investor's Center, Seabury Community, Duncaster Community, La Petite France Bakery, Hartford Art and Framing and the Town and County Club. She has studied under Shauna Shane, Frank Frederico, Ilona Levitts, Deb Wadsworth, Jonathan Mc Phillips, Wm. Simpson, John LoPresti, David Lussier, Sara Brown, Catherine Elliott, Joan Jardine, Bill Simpson, Paul Batch and Jim Wilcox.
